Jim is an experienced Commercial Lead with a strong background in the oil & gas and energy industry. He founded Muirfield Consultants after an 18-year tenure with a global energy leader, where he rose to Executive level. Jim has extensive experience leading large commercial support and sales teams across multiple countries, including China, South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.
He has also spearheaded significant organisational change and integration programs, notably the European commercial integration of one of the largest energy services acquisitions. Jim holds an MBA from Dundee Business School.
Key Achievements:
Alan's career has spanned industry, financial services, pastoral ministry, and healthcare since 2011. As a Health Care Chaplain, they have worked in hospice care, community settings, and acute and mental health inpatient settings.
From 2015, Alan held a leadership role with NHS Tayside, and since 2019, served as Head of Spiritual Care and Bereavement, leading a team of seventeen across four services: Bereavement, Staff Wellbeing, Community Listening, and Chaplaincy.
